Our model home in Bonney Lake WA is open and ready for your visit! Visiting our model is the best way for you to see our quality workmanship and peruse your available design options.

The home is located at 17109 Sky Island Dr. E., Bonney Lake WA 98391. Open hours are Saturday and Sunday from noon-5 p.m. You can also register for a self-guided tour through the EnterNow app.

We built this model on our Cascade plan. Cascade is a versatile two story plan that can be built with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-5 bathrooms. It has a 3-car garage. Square footage varies depending on the layout. The model home is 3,432 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

Spacious open-plan living areas are at the heart of this design. The great room has a high coffered ceiling and optional gas fireplace. A wall of windows lets in plenty of light and gives a great view of the back yard. Kitchen highlights include a corner pantry and an island with optional extension for casual dining. There’s also an option for a built-in desk in the kitchen. Cascade has a breakfast nook and a separate dining area.

The primary bedroom is on the first floor and has a door to the side patio. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the opposite side of the house with a full bath. Flex space is provided by the den just off the front entry. A 4th bedroom can be built in place of the den. With the addition of a full bath and walk-in closet instead of a formal dining area, this part of the house can become a second primary suite.

Additional flex space is found in the second floor bonus room. We can built this room with or without a powder room. It can also become a 5th bedroom with a closet and full bath.

Cascade plan homes start at $519,000-569,000 depending on location, not including land or site development.
