There’s something refreshing in decorating for the seasons. Even if you have a black thumb, consider creating a collection of botanical prints and fabrics in floral or leafy patterns to bring the outdoors in.

Whether you’re decorating inside or out, don’t forget to use natural materials like linen, cotton, jute, rattan, and bamboo. From textiles to woven baskets to outdoor furniture, these materials showcase the beauty of and comfort of nature and its bounty.

Ultimately, think about how you envision summer and what those memories evoke. Rather than botanical prints, you could create a collection of framed photos from your own summer vacations or curate a collection of memorabilia for a tabletop display.
