If you choose to build on your own land, we’ll work with you from finding the right site to finding the right area on the site to build your dream home. It all starts with the initial consultation where you meet with a New Home Sales Consultant who will learn about your budget and must-haves in your brand new home. From there we help you find the perfect plan. We also offer free home building seminars that cover the important details in building your brand new home, helping you understand processes, as well as set expectations for your brand new home. As you go along, you’ll also get to meet with our Design Studio experts and even before construction begins, you get a pre-construction meeting to review all your plans and personal choices for accuracy and placement. Throughout the whole process, you’ll have the chance to follow along, making sure everything is according to plan as we strive to keep you fully informed.

Even once the home is finished and you’re moved in, we have a 60-day check-up and then an 11-month final review.
