Visit Our Model at Skyfall

We work hard to make the home searching and buying process easy for you. This includes floor plans, photos, and virtual tours to help you narrow down your preferences. Yet there’s nothing like seeing a home in person. This is why we invite you to visit our model home in Bremerton WA in the beautiful Skyfall community. It’s a great way to learn more about our homes and to see for yourself the kind of attention to detail we put into every home we build.

Our model home is the Shasta XXL floor plan, which offers 4-5 bedrooms, 3.5-4 baths, a three-car garage, and 3,878 square feet. This is a two-story home, but feels like a single-story home for comfort and convenience, with a partial second story for additional living space to fit your personal needs and lifestyle. Like all of our homes, you have multiple exterior elevation choices, from traditional to modern to help you make your home truly your own.

Among the highlights of this home is the study located just off the entry foyer, ideal for a home office. This space could also be turned into a fifth bedroom if necessary. Also just off the entry foyer is a dedicated dining room, perfect for those who love to entertain and host large family gatherings. A butler’s pantry helps connect the dining room and the kitchen for ease of service.
