We build homes on your chosen lot, our lot, or land we find together but we know that it helps to see one of the finished homes before committing to building your own. That’s one of the reasons why we build our model homes. It’s a chance for you to see the high quality of our work, some of the many options you can choose to make a home best fit your lifestyle, and it can give you inspiration for your new home in ways you may not have considered. It’s also a place where you can go and ask questions and sitting in an actual home often helps you think of questions you might not come up with if you’re sitting in an office.

Our model home in Clackamas County, located just a few minutes east of Portland, is a great example of our homes. Our model is the Livingston home plan, with a sprawling main floor that includes a two-story great room for plenty of natural light and openness throughout the year, plus there’s a luxurious owner’s suite, and a gourmet kitchen, among other features of this spacious 3,650 square foot home.
