If you’ve never gone through the new home construction process, it’s easy to feel lost and confused about how we build homes in Battle Ground WA. This is why we periodically host workshops and other informational meetings to give you a clearer idea of what goes into the process. After all, we want you to feel confident and secure throughout the entire home buying and building process. Our latest workshop designed to help you become more knowledgeable is Behind the Walls on March 9, 2024.

This informative workshop literally explains more about what goes on “behind the walls”. You will have the opportunity to tour one of our homes that has been framed, plumbed, and wired, but doesn’t have the sheetrock installed yet. This gives you an up-close look at a variety of building aspects. The home we’ll be looking at is our Cascade floor plan, one of our popular primary-on-the-main layouts, which is a great example of the flexibility available in all of our floor plans. 

You’ll get a better sense of the quality products we use, as well as the actual framing process that keeps your home sturdy and sound. In addition, we’ll take a look at the plumbing and electrical wiring, which is a vital component of any home and one where problems often occur in older homes. Not only will you see how carefully it’s installed, but you’ll get a better sense of how everything is connected should you ever need to know.
