Shasta XXL Multi-Gen Floor Plan Featured in Street of Dreams

We’re excited that our Shasta XXL Multi-Gen model home in Oregon City OR is featured in this summer’s NW Natural Street of Dreams. This Clackamas County regional model home is located just a few minutes east of Portland and is a great example of our multi-generational floor plans. There’s still time to see the home during the Street of Dreams event, and you can always contact us to see it yourself.

Since 1975, the Home Building Association of Greater Portland has produced this signature summer event in the Pacific Northwest, featuring the latest in residential construction. Each show home is a reflection of the unique and professional talents of builders like Garrette Custom Homes, as well as interior designers, craftspeople, and landscape architects.

This year’s show is open through Sunday, August 20,  2023, with the main site at Denali Summit in Sherwood. The main site is open 10 am – 8:30 pm Monday – Saturday and 10 am – 6:30 pm  on Sundays. Our Shasta XXL floor plan is part of the ON TOUR section of the event, located at 12455 SW Silvertip St., Beaverton, Oregon 97007. The ON TOUR homes are open weekends only (Friday – Sunday) 11:00 am – 6:00 pm.

The Shasta XXL Multi-Gen is the epitome of a thoughtfully designed floor plan. The bulk of the main living area is on the main floor for greater comfort and convenience. Here you’ll find the primary bedroom, a formal dining room, a large den, and a dream kitchen. In the great room you will find soaring ceilings accompanied by the floor to ceiling fireplace. The multi-generational suite, ideal for aging parents or young families getting started, is situated on the main floor and includes a full-size laundry room, bedroom and bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette. In addition to those features the multi-gen suite has its own garage and covered patio. Upstairs, you will find an oversized bedroom, a full bathroom, as well as bonus and media rooms.

These are just some of the features that make up this 4-5 bedroom, 4.5-5.5 bathroom home with 4,397 square feet.
