We build our regional model homes as a place for you to go and learn more about building your dream home! As an on your lot builder, we want you to still tour a beautiful appointed model home. The Gig Harbor Regional Model home is located in beautiful Gig Harbor, known appropriately as “Washington’s Maritime Village.” This model, our brand new Palisade plan, features 4,190 square feet, a sprawling main floor with an open concept kitchen & great room, a butler’s pantry, scullery, a luxurious primary suite, gourmet kitchen, and upstairs bonus room. This home also showcases a spacious 24′ x 30′ detached shop.
