You may be familiar with the homes we build in planned communities, but you might not know that we also build on your lot. If you have your own land or lot, we can help you build your dream home.
There are a variety of reasons to turn to us to have your new home built. For example, you may have inherited land, purchased land for future building, or purchased a lot in a community where you can choose your builder. We can build your home on any of these lots and we can even help you find a lot if you have a type of location in mind.
Another reason why people turn to us to build their home is that we work hard to make the process easier for you. People often come to us if they’ve had difficulties with site development and permits. We understand the process and have years of experience to take care of these early steps. Once approved, we’ll clear the building site, including demolishing existing structures, and arrange for the removal of debris. Our own team and trusted trade partners handle grading, excavation and road work and can coordinate utilities such as water, electricity and sewage, including well or septic system installation. We also take care of habitat and regulatory reviews if necessary.
With your land in mind, it’s time to choose your home design. We offer more than 30 home plans, each with additional structural and design options to ensure your home fits your lifestyle. We’ll also make sure the home design works well with your particular lot of land. Once the structural elements are decided, you can then visit our large Design Studio to pick out flooring, countertops, hardware and other finishing touches. Our professional design team is there to help you so you don’t become overwhelmed with all of the choices!
Throughout the entire process, we are up front from the very beginning so that there are never hidden fees. We tell you exactly what the costs will be, including site work, design, and construction.
Whether you own your own lot or are looking for one, we can help you build on your lot. We also offer new home building seminars to help you understand the process and feel more informed to make these big decisions. We invite you to sign up for our next seminar and to contact us if you’re ready to learn more about building your dream home on your preferred lot.
