Floor Plan Profile: Timberline

The Timberline is a three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 3-car garage home with 2,144 square feet with a covered front porch and a covered back patio. There are five exterior elevations from which to choose, ranging from Craftsman to modern. In addition, there are a variety of standard interior options, such as a gas fireplace, additional windows, and an extended kitchen island. As you enter the home, an entry hallway serves as a stylish corridor providing a coat closet, a powder room, and even a laundry room, complete with its own linen closet. On the other side of the hallway is the recessed access to two of the bedrooms with a full bathroom between them. This recessed entry provides added privacy to the bedrooms.

The main heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen includes plenty of counter space and a walk-in pantry, and there are options for additional cabinetry in the dining area. The living room area is defined by the attractive coffered ceiling and two sets of sliding doors offer access to the back patio, as well as plenty of natural light.

Another recessed entrance off the living room leads to the primary bedroom suite, complete with a coffered ceiling, a spacious walk-in closet, and a luxurious bathroom complete with a dual-sink vanity, as well as separate bathtub and shower.

On the other side of the living room is a separate flex room that can be used as a den, ideal for those working from home, but it can also be used for a variety of other needs and interests, without taking up bedroom space or living room space.
