Employee Spotlight: Morgan Blomendahl

We’re delighted that Morgan Blomendahl joined our company in June 2024 as a New Home Sales Consultant. Her years of experience and drive to provide you with the support and information you need makes her an ideal addition to Garrette Custom Homes.
Morgan brings a wealth of experience from her seven years in the real estate industry, gained from working at Mosaic Real Estate and Total Property Management. As a dedicated professional, Morgan’s typical workday involves setting appointments for consultants and providing them with the necessary support to excel in their roles.
Morgan values the opportunity to help customers build homes they are proud of and enjoys working with colleagues who share her mission of building better lives. Her passion for real estate is obvious as she explains, “I believe that homeownership isn’t only a home to make treasured memories, but it is a powerful tool for building generational wealth and a legacy. With this company, I get to participate in building a home customers are proud of AND work alongside colleagues whose mission aligns with mine! We are here to build better lives!”
Having lived in the Midwest, Southern California, and even Europe, has given her an appreciation of finding the right home and the right community, no matter where you live. Despite her peripatetic past, it seems she’s now found a wonderful place to call home. As she explains, “The current landing spot is the PNW and I LOVE it! Washington brought together all the little things about all the places I have lived. I get a small town feel like the Midwest, I’m on the West Coast so I still get my water, and the mountains remind me of some places in Europe.” Between her life experience and her business experience, she’s ideally suited to help our clients find their own ideal landing spot.
She’s an avid reader, especially self-help books and psychology topics. She’s also an avid foodie who loves trying new things – just as long as someone else is doing the cooking! Speaking of food, she’s firmly #TeamTaco, and don’t forget to add some hot sauce.
